School reopens!

Its like ... Week 2 of year 2 already! Time flies man. Okie summer holidays were gruelling but nice. Contradicting but still its true. Work from 8.30 - 5 plus tuitions 5 days a week. Its over now, back to school! Tuitions will get lighter in oct, hopefully. Now, its time to focus focus focus!

Omg omg...3 more weeks to last day of school! Okie time really flies. Last week of proper lesson, one week of study break (I wonder how much I can acomplish within that time frame), and one week of exams (heng ah 3 mods 'only'). After which...TA DA! Time to switch to a bounty huntress. Ting just told me she's got tuition lobang for me..regardless of whether i get the job anot, I'm SO HAPPY YAY!!! It means possibility of more $$$, and of cos more challenges ahead. I really hope those tuition kids benefit from the lessons and improve, gives tutors a real sense of achievements ( I bet many tutors agree with me). If I do get a monday to fri job too (wonder if I can get the moe job), I'll earn more! That way I'll be able to pay for my uni fees, which is like sky high and I really hope to share the burden of earning $$.
Ok I heard that selling of beauty products (like masks) online requires a license, I'll either go and get one, or find another way out (since I have some stocks left on hand).
Random thought back to school, I wonder if I can get at least a 3/4 for gpa this term. If not I'm quite dead for my cumulative GPA (considering the fact that I scored darn lousy grades last term and it gets harder each sem). Work work, I feel so peon-ed. Guess I have to put aside gaming for now, leave it to weekends when I can play with dearie. Anyways, I dun think I'll be part of the 2nd team in PMS already (if they are even setting it up). Its a pity, as I thought the experience of joining a competitive dota team (and an all girls team) will really be enriching. Time might not allow though, guess its still casual play for now. Instead of dota, I'm a bit more into D2 again.(ok thats an old game but still...its fun!)I'll see how things work out. For now, Studies, family and dearie is the top priority, followed by gaming. I have to be wiser in terms of time allocation and be more hardworking if I want to see improvements in my grades. Ok, what about time to go running?
I officially request for more hours per day. Crap thats impossible hahaha. I'm supposed to be working on AW research paper now!! Time to go poooof~

Ok now its the horrible one week study break again. Literally break cos I'm gonna die from all the potential long hrs of studying. Potential means..it might not happen? HAHAHA! NOPE! There's no choice! I've got to try close the gap eh? 4 mid terms coming up, and I'm sooooo not confident. AW lo... got a C- for the first assignment. Have a bad feeling for the second as well. Ah well.. lifes ...good. Self delusion lol.
My internet connection is driving me nuts. It dcs itself happily at weird times, esp when we're playing dota! omg can u imagine. What if I get banned from ggc forever?!?! No la huh they should be more ... forgiving I guess hehe. Anyways heard from tammy that they're having the idea of setting the 2nd team up, I wonder if my schedule allows me to join in. Nevertheless, I'm still very glad that there are more girls joining competitive gaming, and hope i can too! But its school term...ah well... I'll see what the other girls says. Played a round this morning. Can't stand the host. 2 from scourge left and he doesn't agree to swap players, saying that he wants to push and end quick. End up also took his time to farm what...waste my time. Should have just left and see how they play with 5 v 2. (But I'm not a leaver!! hahahaa) Okok this is not holiday holiday but a SCHOOL study break. Controllll controlllllll!

Hmm....I see a thick layer of dust settling on my blog. Ok not much time for a detailed entry, maybe one this thurs but here's a summary for now.

1) Went back to work at MOE HQ doing admin stuffs during my dec hols. Earned a bit of cash as pocket money, not a lot but ah well..

2) Enjoyed the dec public holidays totally, since on other days work have to be done hehe. And also, dearie has his day offs only during weekends and public hols.

3) Christmas eve : Nua at home but was nice ( I love nua-ing at home LOL)

4) New Year Eve : Went to several places before going to dearie's house for a house party, watched shows, played games, fun and love!

5) Twinkling of an eye, school started again last week, procrastinated and end up having to buy 2 brand new txtbooks as second hand books are sold out (I deserved it, but it can be sold!) I... really dowan to start school life, not that bad but... =(

6) CNY is just round the corner. Can't wait for it. I bet it'll be lots of fun and such.

7) Dearie is out for field camp today, and will be back on thurs. I'm missing him all the time. Like what he said, he's both the poison and the antidote. Hope he's having fun.

8) Time to start doing homework. No school on monday YAY. Luckily there's no project meeting. Travelling to school is such a chore, takes such a long time, and there's no seat on the train. (I really wun mind if someone fetches or drives me there, really...LOL) Dropped one tuition student, partly cos of time and the pay. This sem i gonna work hard to pull my gpa up. Going for tuition later O.o Hope it turns out smooth and STOP falling asleep when I'm teaching!!!!!! *roars*

OKies...proms over ystd! Its been a nice one..of cos with all the frens around..and seeing how everyone dressed up and looks so gorgeous. Went to GC's house earlier to teach her a crashcourse of Dota, then we make up and went to do our hair at Jean yip. $40..pretty ex...but we like the curls =) Couldn't recognise a number of frens really hahaha...they look so diff and pretty they can just call the name and we wonder who are they.

The host was great...he's Danial Ong from Perfect 10. Humerous and really livened up the whole event. The food was okok...prefered the cold dish more than the others. I won the lucky draw!! aiya consolation prize..kinokuniya vouchers. Abit dissapointed cos i was hoping to win the top few prizes that consist of ipod nano, camera and crumpler bag. But dun be so greedy la huh! lol.

Umm the doorgift was a normal looking pen...tot would have smth nicer.
Anyways...Jiale was one of the Prom Queen nominee..and got the consolation Award. Not bad la top 5 already! Ah le i'll always support u! Prom king wise...skip ba LOL.

Went to Wisma today to collect back sis's phone. I really think this batch of phone model is in bad shape. Big thanks to gummy for going to town with me =D...if not i'd have gone alone. After collection we headed to Wheelocks for some window shopping, followed by one of our fav but ex activity...to the cafe! Hahaha...this time round was Coffee Bean.

ok.. smth obviously diff from starbucks is the whipped cream. Not enough ya? A lil too sweet for me too, but I still like the taste =D Personally like this much more than Gloria Jeans coffee. Was so tempted to buy a sandwich there to eat. If u look at the price u'll know why i decided not to lol.

Next, Went to Heeren's in an attempt to find some nice accessories for my hp. Saw a shop that sells super pretty but very ex art stuff. How i wish I can have those =( Went on a lil detour to get my fav mascara first. Its original price is $12+, and gummy couldn't decide if she should buy though she tot its pretty ok too. I give it a 4/5 rating. With nice fibre, a few coats give much fuller and longer lashes than other brand that claims to have the same effect. Its at a pretty reasonable price too. Can be used as a base like wat xy do, or simply keep coating till ur desired effect. 1/5 missing cos of clumps that may occur after like 2 months? (but its due to the fibre ya)

The impt thing was.. its was at a holla price of $3.90 only, promotion! We din know and was shocked. Thus we decided to buy 2 each. Cmon its such a good steal. Promotion while stock last. Spread the words =)

Decided to take 190 with gummy to BBP to get dinner for sis and I. Bought sushi =0 Its soooo yummy. We're salmon lovers...notice the salmon sushi dominating top row. That space was err...cos I ate one on my way home =x

Yay...gonna eat kuishinbo with gummy, xy and ls on wed. Hope mel and le can come too. I can't wait. Com coming tml evening...hahahaha. And yes! Baby shayne is fine now <3

Okies after playing a few hrs of Cabal Online (currently in Closed Beta), I feel that its a game worth trying. One thing abt it is the revolutionary style of combo mode first seen for MMORPG. Another would be the exp reward system whereby the longer a player stays offline, the more exp he/she gets . E.g like 200% of exp. If I'm not wrong, its the same as 9D ,so that players are encouraged to take a break ya.

Hmm..but one thing i tot was a lil dissapointing, was the graphics. Maybe I'm so used to Ge's graphics, but players looking out for fantastic graphics must really try GE. Its awesome (and u can afk train there too...provided other players dun de-lvl you >.<)

Anyways, wanted to blog abt the Yummy yummy japanese buffet Kuishinbo I had with gummy, xy and shan at Suntec, but was procrastinating as usual hahahaha. I took a photo of the things We (or I) ate, but eh...will need some time to upload. Here's 2 pic taken from shan's camara first.

Okies... here are the photos as mentioned in the earlier post. (damn makes me hungry again)

I've got the biggest serving among them ahahhaa.. Food portion looks small..but its big serving really.

My first plate - sushi, scallop, salmon, tuna and squid sashimi (eew dun like the squid raw)

My second plate - scallop with creamy mayo, soft shelve crab, fish, chicken and tempura prawn

Third plate shared by all 4 - teppanyaki chicken and beef (this is delicious!) Had another plate of dory fish but was too plain so din like it.

Jap style chicken soup with vege (shared by all, pretty salty), the soup is contained with folded paper!! and there's a solid fuel to heat the soup. Amazed at the special paper they use.

Beef Soup also shared by all 4. also salty but i prefer this.

An all-time fav of jap cuisine, Chawamushi each shared by 2 ppl, its taste is fantastic, smooth and makes one craves for more!

My pre-dessert plate. More salmon sashimi (which all came in very large piece), lil bit of potato and pumpkin salad, crab mayo, lobster sushi, tuo luo sao (the one that doraemon likes) and a very plain tofu (which gummy and i din like)

After the main course, here comes the sweeties. Watermelon (my fav), honeydew, donuts (which tasted ok only), tarts and choc fondue marshmallows (think i spelt it wrongly, but anyways the choc hardened too fast, sobs dissapointed)

Ice cream! Green tea flavour on the left (with plenty of peanut chunks) and vanilla on the right

one cup each, I had the green tea ice cream which was super nice. The green tea taste wasn't strong but its sooooo nice even after such a heavy meal! And the ice cream (like the 7-eleven softee machine) was there for us to squeeze as much as we want! ^^. A pity we din have time to finish cos they close at 3pm. Next time i'll go earlier! xD (starts at 11.30 for weekdays, cost $29 for lunch buffet)

Okies..better update before xy gives me a lawn mower, if that happens I`ll become a dead bear LOL. Workload has been rather light this few days, after the exercise for teachers to update their particulars or smth liddat ended. My task to help do global redeg is also done. Mission accomplished.

This is so depressing. Why am I in a uni. WHY?! urgh. I hate school. Not like others dun. But its really getting on my nerves. I have to study when 'many' around me don't have to. I want to play PLAY PLAY!!! Its so part of what I do and what I like yet I can't! IQ tells me I have to study study do my work my project my tests. The devil tells me i really like to play, 'everyone' else around is doing so why can't I. The prob is I CAN'T! I can never and am never allowed to do that. Not that someone is threatening me by the throat and forcing me to study, but my life is giving me no choice. How.. this is damn depressing. Why whenever someone talk to me online they ask if I want to play anot, and not if I want to make a trip to the lib and study together. T_T I know all this are just rantings, but let me be this way. Its the only way i can feel better now.
I know if I dun change, soon, very soon I'll face the consequences, the ugly and harsh reality. Someone... save me.

Attended Cassie's bdae chalet on fri @downtown east with huiyi, claudine, chloe and melissa. Had a good time though we went only for a short while. HAPPY BDAE CASSIE! Thanks to claud's parents who sent us back to cck area! Its soooo sickening that most chalets are in the east grrr.
Backtracking, I had a surprise of my lifetime on thurs night. Since BGS class was cancelled to let us do our research, we went back a lil earlier. I was feeling tired due to the lack of sleep the night before to rush for presentation for thurs, so was having a nap at home when I received a call from moo. The conversation stopped after a while and moo says he can't talk on phone cos his sergeant is there so we smsed a lil. I fell asleep after a while then saw his msg asking me to go down at abt 9 to get a present which he asked his bro to pass to me. Not knowing wat it is I fell asleep again after much excitment. At near 9.30 I was awoken from a phone call from moo asking me to go down and get the present. I was panicking cos I overslept and forgot to set an alarm. Apologizing and going down at the same time, we kept talking on the phone. I was just out of the lift when i saw dearie. !!! can u imagine the shock i had? It was not exactly a shock but more of a pleasant surprise. I was like stunned for so long i tot i wasn't awake yet. 'Dearie?' Cos its his confinement week, having his field camp tml. So i was super super surprised. Apparently he was out for a health check up, the 7 of them who signed up to hear more abt the air force. It was so lucky and blessed of us, so at least I saw him just before he went for the gruesome camp.
He booked in again on fri, and that was the night i went for the chalet.
Today moo had a busy day, only managed to call at 10.30 when its lights out. talked to him for a while and yea..hope that field camp will be ok for him =)

1 mth of inactivity. Ok to kinda 'add a new post', here's an old song from SHE titled 魔力. Its a song i really like, also dedicated to dearie. Thank you for being with me through the rough times. Wish u a speeeedy recovery =). (oh and thanks to sister bear for her patient wait at NUH for 2 and half hrs LOL)

Also, met some MOE peeps last fri at cck interchange for dinner. It was a simple yet fun dinner. Its been like 5 mths since i left, yet can still vividly rmb those times we have our lunch together. I miss them. Jiayou calvin, faizal, huiyi and I for our studies, jiayou calvin, weijie and faizal for work! Yea its not easy for us, but lets perservere on yea. Hope there's another gathering soon, of cos with the expanded TC empire. Chee Meng u must be there next time, this time round we decided only to include the west side ppl so u must be present for the next!

Yet another day passed w/o cow's presence. On a typical tuesday, afternoon (cos he'll only be awake at that time), I'll receive his sms, telling me to work hard and jiayou...and my whole day's motivation would be to see him again at night...but well..today...
Looking at the bright side, I'll say my motivation changed. Now I look forward to hearing cow's calls at night. Hearing his voice makes me smile, and knowing that he's all well makes me feel relieved. From his side, things are going well. He's booking out on 28th! I'm thinking of wat food and drink to get for him hmmmm.. Anyways, lets all Jiayou =)
Saw Kenny and Lian Shun at the pasar malam just now, lol they told me lotsa impt and interesting things abt bmt, and told me more abt what cow will be going through. Dearie called back at 10 just now, and i really wanna poooof right to him. Hahahhaa..its not 12 yet, but im feeling tired already. No mood, not much incentive to be online. Cow went for NS today, and the feeling is really terrible. Sent him off to pasir ris in the morning, and came back again. Here I am blogging how i feel but i'll cut it short. Gonna do my homework for now, haven done any for the weekends cos i just wanted to spend time with him. Having 2 tuition sessions later, so gonna rush homework though i really have no mood to do it. 2 weeks... 2 more weeks..My hp gonna be damn quiet now, I wont be able to see him at night now...No more fetching from tuitons, no more of asking if I ended school, no more of asking me to jiayou for school thru smses.. I mss you T.T . Xianyee also gonna leave in 12 days time...I'll pull through =(

Yet after a long period of inactivity, here I am, blogging on the night before dear leaves for NS. I'll be going with him tml to pasir ris at least, but its too painful for me to stay at tekong alone while he's in. I'll see how then. Hmm...2 weeks. yea 2 weeks can pass fast, but this particular 2 weeks...I'll just have to hang on for 2 years. I can do it!
ahhhhhhhhhhh.... I dunno wat to say. Haven done my homework yet. Guess tml I'll finish it. Won't be in the mood to play any games too. Alrights..time to go meet those peeps for some mid autumn festival gathering. Laterz.

2nd day of school

Ok 2nd day of school just passed. It wasnt as bad as i thought, just that its really tiring. This week's Creative thinking class is postponed to sat, so lesson only started at 10.15, which i was late for =(. Next week, with CT on at 8.30 and tuition after class, my whole day of 'work' will be till 9.30. Its like...13 hrs zz ? Only superwomen can do that. How am I going to handle this... sobs. My pillars of support cant be there for me all the time. I need to learn. And how so? Time will teach precious lesson...I'm sooo tired.

First day of school

Okies first day of school wasnt too bad. My Prof for Financial Accounting is a korean guy, and a humourous one. He intro-ed himself like this. "Son of my father and mother. Husband of my wife." Zzzz lol. He had a long intro of this mod and himself, which i think was a good way to start the first day of school hahaa. The only thing is...each lesson is 3 hrs long! Omg...3 hrs...its bad enough to be sitting down there listening (and participate "actively), not to mention the profs who have to talk for like ...3 hrs? Gosh.. Where's my lappy top. Hmm thurs gonna be a long day..Hope lessons wun be that dry. <3 moo
